Happy Holidays from MOIHA!  This is the time of year where hockey seems to take a back seat to everything else.  It is a time to be with family and friends.  But, in saying that hockey is always around us.  The Junior High league will take a break for the Holidays, but right after the New Year everything hits again!  High School Registration begins January 1st and the Junior High resumes after January 2nd.  Hockey is always around us.

Have you checked out the new MOIHA.org?  It is amazing looking.  I was excited to work with Gregg Sayer and the Pointstreak staff to build a new website for MOIHA.  If you have any ideas then please send them my way and we will try to use them.

Did you know that the Great Plains Region, college roller hockey, begins play again January 30th?  Tom Fussner, Regional Director, is excited to get the 2nd semester going again.  The league is really exciting to watch, especially the Division 2 games.  The race will be tight to see which teams make it to Nationals this year.  The main question for everyone is; “Where are the College Nationals going to be played this year?”  It is almost January and we still have no answer.  If it were up to Fussner then this would have been announced a long time ago.  Check out more college roller hockey news at www.ncrha.org.

Looking for something to do the weekend after Christmas?  Roller Hockey may be the answer.  The Christmas Cup Tournament will feature two men's divisions with cash prizes and a high school division that offers a free entry to the Tour Breakout Tournament in February.  Here are the details...
